Prepaid Orders

We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all prepaid orders across India.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

A nominal COD handling fee may apply to Cash on Delivery orders. Any applicable charges will be displayed clearly at checkout before payment.

COD Verification Process

To reduce fraudulent orders and ensure successful delivery, certain Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may require verification before dispatch.

Our team may contact customers via Phone Call or WhatsApp to confirm:

  • Order details
  • Delivery address
  • Contact information

Only verified COD orders will be processed and shipped.

Partial Advance Payment for Select COD Orders

For certain high-value orders, remote delivery locations, or addresses with previous delivery failures, a small advance payment may be requested before processing the order.

Any advance amount collected will be adjusted against the final order value payable at the time of delivery.

Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • Missing items in your package

Please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve such issues quickly, we strongly recommend recording an uncut unboxing video while opening your package.

An unboxing video is not mandatory for regular returns but may be required to support claims related to:

  • Transit damage
  • Missing products
  • Incorrect items received

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Divayra will not be responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by:

  • Incomplete addresses
