Customer Support Information

  • Purpose of collection: to provide customer support and resolve inquiries.
  • Source of collection: collected directly from you.
  • Personal Information collected: name, email address, phone number, order details, and any communications regarding your inquiry.

Communication Preferences: By providing your phone number during checkout, you consent to receive order updates, shipping notifications, and promotional offers (including Reward Program details) via SMS and WhatsApp from Divayra. You can opt-out at any time by replying “STOP” or contacting our support.

Affiliate & Partner Data: If you participate in our Affiliate Program, we collect additional information such as UPI IDs or bank details solely for the purpose of processing commission payouts. This data is encrypted and never shared with any fourth-party.

Minors

The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not intentionally collect Personal Information from children. If you are the parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us at the address above to request deletion.

Sharing Personal Information
