Cancellation Policy
Please note our strict cancellation policy for all orders placed on the Divayra website:
Cancellation Window
Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. We typically process and pack orders within 24 hours of placement. Therefore, customers must raise a cancellation request as early as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, no cancellation request will be accepted under any circumstances. (Note: If a dispatched order is refused at the time of delivery, it will be treated as an RTO – Return to Origin, and shipping fees/deposits will be forfeited).

Cancellations requested through Instagram DMs, Facebook comments, or any other unofficial channels will not be considered valid.
Cancellation Terms by Payment Type
a) Prepaid Orders: If a prepaid order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, we do not issue direct bank or cash refunds. Instead, the customer will receive a Divayra Store Credit code equivalent to the full amount paid. This code can be applied to any future order on our website.
b) COD Orders with Partial Prepayment (Deposit): If a Cash on Delivery (COD) order required a partial upfront deposit (advance booking fee) and the customer cancels the order, the deposit amount is strictly non-refundable. No store credit or compensation will be provided for the deposited amount.
c) COD Orders with No Deposit: If a standard COD order has no deposit component, there are no cancellation charges. The order can be cancelled freely before dispatch at no cost to the customer.
4. Cancellation Charges
We do not charge any hidden cancellation fees. As long as the order is eligible to be cancelled (i.e., before dispatch) and is cancelled successfully following the terms above, no additional penalties are applied.
