  • We offer Free Standard Shipping on all prepaid orders across India.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a flat shipping/handling fee of ₹[Insert Amount, e.g., 70 or 99] may apply. (Alternatively: Free Shipping on all orders above ₹999).

COD (Cash on Delivery) Verification & Partial Prepayment To ensure a smooth delivery experience and prevent fraudulent orders, all COD orders go through a strict verification process.

  • We will contact you via WhatsApp or Phone Call to confirm your order details and address. Only verified orders will be processed and shipped.
  • Partial Prepaid COD: For certain high-value orders or specific pin codes, a nominal advance fee (partial prepayment) may be required to confirm the COD order. This advance amount will be deducted from your final cash payment at the time of delivery.

Order Processing & Dispatch Time

  • Processing Time: 1 to 2 Business Days.
  • We ship 90% of our orders within 24 hours. All verified orders are dispatched within 48 hours.
  • Please note that our warehouse in Barasat does not process or dispatch orders on Sundays and National Holidays.
