These Terms of Service and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and governs your use of the Service.

SECTION 18 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Barasat, West Bengal.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes.

SECTION 20 – SPECIAL POLICY FOR IMITATION JEWELRY & WARRANTY

20.1 Unboxing Video Mandatory: To protect against claims of missing items or physical damage during transit, customers are strictly required to record a continuous, unedited unboxing video starting from the sealed courier bag until the final product is revealed. In the absence of an unboxing video, Divayra (Adynex Enterprise) reserves the right to reject any claims regarding missing or damaged products.

20.2 Return & Replacement: We do not offer cash refunds. We only provide one-time replacements for valid warranty claims or manufacturing defects reported within 3 days of delivery.

20.3 Color Fade Warranty Conditions: The 6-month color warranty is applicable only to the plating/color of the jewelry. This warranty specifically excludes:

• Physical breakage, scratches, or loss of stones.
• Damage caused by exposure to chemicals, perfumes, lotions, or water.
• Normal wear and tear.

20.4 Warranty Claims: To claim a warranty replacement, the customer must provide:

• The original Physical Warranty Card provided at the time of purchase.
• The original White Magnetic Box of Divayra.
• The return shipping cost to our facility in Barasat must be borne by the customer.

21.0 Divayra Loyalty Credit: Get 50% Value Back

In cases where an approved warranty replacement is processed, or if a warranty replacement is out of stock, we do not issue direct cash refunds. Instead, to ensure you can continue your style journey with us, we issue a Divayra Loyalty Credit equivalent to 50% of the original item’s paid value.

Terms of Usage:

• Minimum Order Value (MOV): The loyalty credit can only be applied to your next purchase with a minimum cart value of ₹899.
• Validity Period: The issued credit will remain valid for exactly 60 days from the date of issue.
• Non-Stackable: This credit acts as a standalone loyalty reward and cannot be combined or used alongside any other discount codes, affiliate links, or promotional sales on the website.
• One-Time Use: The loyalty credit is strictly for a single transaction. Any unused balance from the credited amount will not be carried forward.
