We operate on a strict 3-Day Replacement Policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a replacement.

IMPORTANT POINTS ABOUT OUR RETURN POLICY

  • NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR SIZE ISSUES, QUALITY EXPECTATIONS, OR PERSONAL PREFERENCES. We publish detailed descriptions, sizes, and styling images for all our products. Please review these carefully before purchasing.
  • REPLACEMENTS WILL ONLY BE ISSUED AFTER INSPECTION.
  • AN UNBOXING VIDEO IS MANDATORY to initiate any return or replacement request. No claims will be entertained without a clear, uncut unboxing video showing the shipping label and the defect.

Partial Prepaid Cash On Delivery (COD) Orders

The nominal advance fee charged on Partial Prepaid COD orders is non-refundable. In the case of an RTO (Return to Origin) on such orders, the customer can utilize the partially prepaid amount as store credit to place a future order.

Eligible Cases for 3-Day Replacement

Our 3-day replacement policy is applicable only under the following circumstances:

  • Wrong Item Received: Must be verified via an uncut unboxing video.
  • Defective or Damaged Item Received: Must be verified via an uncut unboxing video.

Non-Eligible Cases for Replacement

The following cases will NOT be eligible under our 3-day replacement policy:

  • Any item that has been damaged, exposed to harsh chemicals, or improperly handled by the customer.
  • Any item not sent back in its original packaging, including the original Divayra box, warranty cards, and inserts.
  • Any item showing signs of wear or use.

Note: To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the exact condition that you received it: unworn, unused, and in its complete original packaging.

6-MONTH COLOR FADE WARRANTY (STRICT CONDITIONS)

We stand by the durability of our waterproof jewelry. We offer a one-time replacement for significant color fading within 6 months of purchase, subject to the following strict conditions:

  • MANDATORY RETURN: The customer must return the faded product in the ORIGINAL DIVAYRA BOX along with the ORIGINAL WARRANTY CARD using self-ship.
  • AUTOMATIC REJECTION: Missing the original Divayra box or the warranty card will result in the automatic rejection of the warranty claim.
  • HANDLING FEE: A flat ₹100 shipping and handling fee must be prepaid by the customer for the replacement dispatch (Cash on Delivery is not allowed for warranty dispatches).
  • EXCLUSIONS: This warranty covers color fading only. Physical damage, broken chains, missing stones, snapped clasps, or damage caused by harsh chemicals and perfumes are NOT covered.

Divayra Loyalty Credit: Get 50% Value Back

In cases where an approved warranty replacement is processed, or if a warranty replacement is out of stock, we do not issue direct cash refunds. Instead, to ensure you can continue your style journey with us, we issue a Divayra Loyalty Credit equivalent to 50% of the original item’s paid value.

Terms of Usage:

  • Minimum Order Value (MOV): The loyalty credit can only be applied to your next purchase with a minimum cart value of ₹899.
  • Validity Period: The issued credit will remain valid for exactly 60 days from the date of issue.
  • Non-Stackable: This credit acts as a standalone loyalty reward and cannot be combined or used alongside any other discount codes, affiliate links, or promotional sales on the website.
  • One-Time Use: The loyalty credit is strictly for a single transaction. Any unused balance from the credited amount will not be carried forward.

Store Credit & Refunds

  • In-Store Wallet / Discount Codes: Approved returns will strictly be credited to you as a discount code or digital gift card that can be used on the Divayra website for your next order. No direct refunds will be issued to UPI IDs or Bank accounts for standard returns.
  • Exceptions for Bank Refunds: We only issue direct refunds to a customer’s bank account (via UPI or Net Banking) in exceptional cases, such as an item being delayed by multiple weeks by our courier partner or if a customer repeatedly receives damaged/incorrect items. Approved bank refunds process within 4-5 business days.
  • Prepaid Order Failures: In the case of Prepaid Orders where the customer is unavailable or delivery could not be made successfully by our courier partners, refunds will be issued as store credit after deducting the shipping fees.
  • COD Overpayment: We are not responsible if a customer overpays the courier delivery agent without observing the actual COD amount printed on the bill.

Please note: Based on the pictures and unboxing video shared, the Divayra inspection team will determine whether a replacement or return is warranted. The decision of our team is final.

HOW TO START A RETURN OR REPLACEMENT

  1. Contact Us Immediately: Email us at support@divayra.com or message our WhatsApp (+91 9801111110) support team within 3 days of delivery.
  2. Provide Proof: Include your order number, clear photos of the issue, and the mandatory uncut unboxing video.
  3. Approval & Pickup: If your order is eligible, we will initiate a return courier request.
  4. Inspection & Credit: After the courier partner has returned the product to our Barasat facility, we will inspect it. Upon approval, you will receive your store credit or replacement dispatch details.

Note: In case a courier partner is not available for return pickup from your specific pin code, you will be required to courier the product back to us. We will process the replacement/store credit once the product is delivered to us and inspected.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance/sale items or gift cards.
